A Note from the President of Neligan Construction and Roofing, LLC
My name is Brian Neligan and I established Neligan Construction & Roofing LCC in 1998. Back then, we specialized in construction and roofing replacements in the Jacksonville, and St Augustine areas.
However, our reputation for being honest, hardworking and reliable, enabeled the expansion into many other North Florida cities.
By making customer satisfaction our number one priority, we have managed to remain extremely busy, even during several challenging economic times.
During the last two decades many roofing and construction companies in Florida have increased profits by hiring untrained sales persons and installers. The workmanship issues that we are called to address never cease to amaze us.
